Sameer Shetty

Sameer Shetty has extensive experience in change and deployment management, currently serving as a Lead at Amdocs since May 2017. Prior to this role, Sameer held positions such as Assistant Manager at Vodafone, focusing on L1/2 support, and Group Leader at Amdocs, where responsibilities included change and release management for various projects, including AT&T Mobility. Sameer's expertise encompasses managing billing operations, conducting operational acceptance testing, and coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth deployments. Earlier experience includes order management for client CISCO at Infosys. Sameer holds an MBA in Systems from the Institute of Management Education, attained in 2006.
