Shagun Jain

Shagun Jain has a robust background in software testing and product management, with notable experience at Amdocs from January 2005 to September 2018. As a Senior Subject Matter Expert, Shagun developed automated tests using QTP, SoapUI, and Selenium, successfully leading QA goals for GA releases. In subsequent roles as a Software Testing Expert, Shagun was recognized for excellence in unit-level testing and consistently met QA targets. As a Product Owner, Shagun collaborated with product management to align goals with business and technology objectives while ensuring effective communication and execution with project managers and scrum masters.
