Sivan Faigenbloom

Sivan Faigenbloom is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Global HR Business Partner at Amdocs since March 2021, where responsibilities include implementing HR strategies, advising senior leadership on organizational design, and partnering with management to align HR practices with business goals. Previously, Sivan was a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Amdocs, specializing in executive recruitment and comprehensive talent assessment. Prior experience includes leading a recruitment firm as Recruitment Group Manager at APM, Agiv Professional Manpower LTD, and managing recruitment teams at various levels. Sivan holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Anthropology from Bar-Ilan University.
