Swati Dudhane

Swati Dudhane is currently the Head of Unit HR at Amdocs, bringing 16 years of extensive experience in core HR and organizational development. Previously, Swati held various influential roles at Amdocs, including Partner - HR and Director - HR, where they developed HR strategies and led global teams to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. Swati also contributed to HR operations at Siemens PLM Software and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Impact Management Consultants. Swati earned an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Studies, Devi Ahilya University, in 2003.
