Tami Eilon Sitton

Tami Eilon Sitton is an Organizational Development Leader currently serving as the Head of OD & Learning Business divisions at Amdocs since 2021. Previously, Tami held multiple roles at Bank Leumi from 2018 to 2021, including Head of Learning & Organizational Development Business Lines and Head of Training Leumi Contact Center. Tami also worked as a Learning Specialist at Lotem from 2004 to 2006. Tami earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they studied from 1992 to 1999.
