Yaoling Zhu is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in product research and development, software architecture, and systems integration. Currently serving as the Head of Product R&D at Amdocs since February 2022, Yaoling Zhu leads a team focused on developing the next generation of the Amdocs Bill Experience product. Prior to this role, Yaoling Zhu was the Head of Product Architecture at Brite:Bill, overseeing the design and roadmap of bill presentment platforms. Previous roles include Principal Software Architect at Huawei Technologies, where research and development of an SDN Orchestrator was conducted, and various key positions at Openet, Pocket Kings, and Babelgum, all marked by significant contributions to system architecture and integration. Yaoling Zhu holds an M.Sc. in Web Services based Enterprise System Integration from Dublin City University and has a degree from Henan University of Technology.
