Yossi Arviv is the Head of Service Assurance R&D at Amdocs, bringing over 24 years of experience in software and telecom, with a focus on R&D, delivery, and management. Previously, Yossi served as VP of Professional Services at TEOCO, leading a global team and managing customer support. Yossi has also held senior roles at TTI Telecom, overseeing project delivery and customer support, as well as managing a diverse range of technologies as Director of R&D. Yossi earned a B.A. in Computer Science from Open University between 2002 and 2007.
