Yuri Liskov has over two decades of experience in the software engineering and customer engagement sectors, currently serving as the Customer Engagement Director at Amdocs since July 2003. In various roles within the company, including Software Engineering Line Manager and Software Engineering Manager, Yuri has led the development and support of applications related to BSS Rating, Guiding, Billing, and Bill production. Yuri's career at Amdocs began in 2000 after transitioning from Amdocs Israel, where roles included Software Engineering Group Leader and Sr. Software Engineer. Educationally, Yuri holds a BA in Automatics and Computer Science from VILNIUS TECH, obtained between 1991 and 1996.
