Dimitar Krastev, MBA, SAFe, is a seasoned software engineering manager with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams across various organizations. Currently at Amdocs since May 2022, Dimitar supervises four scrum teams to deliver innovative software solutions while aligning development with company objectives. Previously, as IT Manager at TBI Buy, Dimitar built and managed diverse teams, emphasizing customer needs, team motivation, and talent development. Dimitar also held roles at PROS, Behr-Hella Thermocontrol, Visteon Corporation, Johnson Controls, and Metro Cash and Carry, showcasing a progression from software application engineering to management, with a strong focus on team performance, budget management, and continuous improvement. Dimitar holds an MBA from the University of National and World Economy Sofia and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technical University Sofia.
