Fiona Harold is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in operations and planning. Currently serving as the Head of Business Planning & Operations at Amdocs since 2020, Fiona oversees governance, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and key strategic programs such as Gen AI and employee engagement. Prior to Amdocs, Fiona was the VP of Corporate Planning at Openet from 2016 to 2020, where leadership involved managing a team of 22 HR and operations professionals to drive cross-functional projects. Fiona's tenure at Openet began as the Director of Sales Operations from 2007 to 2015, where responsibilities included building the sales operations function and supporting sales processes. Fiona's early career included a role as a Business Operations Partner at the Council of Europe from 2005 to 2007, emphasizing language skills and operational management. Fiona holds an International Bachelor of Arts degree in French and German Language Studies from University College Dublin.
