Jonathan Gallagher

Jonathan Gallagher, ACA, is a strategic finance leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Group Finance at AMEA Power, where they focus on renewable energy projects across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Previously, they held positions as Finance Director at ACWA Power and Vice President of Global Finance at Polarcus, gaining expertise in M&A transactions, IPO readiness, and financial advisory roles during their tenure at Deloitte in London. Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, holding a First Class Honours Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Liverpool. They have also contributed to various board roles, including at ACWA Power Sirdarya LLC, further establishing their leadership in the finance sector.
