Amy Maronge, PHR, has extensive experience in benefits and compensation management, currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at Amedisys since June 2018. Prior to this role, Amy held managerial positions in benefits and compensation at East West Copolymer, LLC, and Lion Copolymer LLC from February 2014 to May 2017 and November 2005 to February 2014, respectively. Amy began her career in human resources as a Compensation Manager and HR Generalist at DSM Copolymer, where tenure spanned from May 1990 to 2005. Amy is an alumnus of Louisiana State University.
