Amy Moss

Amy Moss, DO MBA has extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Amy most recently worked at Amedisys as the SVP of Clinical Operations Hospice. Prior to that, they held the position of VP Executive Medical Director at the same company. Amy also served as the Palliative Care Medical Director at Texas Health Resources for eight years. Amy has also worked as the Regional Medical Director at Kindred at Home Hospice and as an Assistant Professor and Director of Medical Education at UNT Health Science Center. Amy has also served as the Medical Director at Pacific Retirement Services, Odyssey Hospice Care, Inc., and Lakewood Village Retirement Community. Amy began their career as a Medical Director at Vitas Healthcare.

Amy Moss, DO MBA, completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Southern Methodist University in 1989. Amy then pursued their Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from UNT Health Science Center, graduating in 1995. More recently, in 2021, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Texas Woman's University, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Amy also holds various certifications, including a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Internal Medicine: Geriatric Medicine from AOBIM in 2022 and an Internal Medicine certification from AOBIM in 2020. Amy has also received additional certifications in managing difficult times, medical education, hospice and palliative medicine, hospice medical director, and Six Sigma.
