Caroline Conwell has worked in various roles and positions throughout their career. Caroline began their work experience in 2007 as an Office Assistant at Wesley Court Methodist Retirement Community. In 2008, they also became a Summer Youth Intern at Harpeth Hills Church of Christ and a Career Education Officer at ACU College of Business. In 2009, they took on the role of First Year Program Student Director at ACU College of Business.

In 2011, Caroline joined Homecare Homebase as an Associate Implementation Consultant, where they provided customer support and troubleshooting for new software transitions. Caroline then became an Implementation Consultant in 2012, taking on management responsibilities and assisting with educational initiatives.

Caroline transitioned to AccentCare, Inc. in 2013, working as a Homecare Homebase Service Desk - Software Analyst. In this role, they handled customer service and problem-solving related to software issues. In 2014, they moved into the Homecare Homebase Ops Team as a System Analyst, where they managed software functionality and implemented updates for the Hospice service line.

Most recently, Caroline has been working at Amedisys since 2016. Caroline began as a Systems Analyst and then progressed to Director of Operations and Business Transformation in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Business Transformation.

Caroline Conwell obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Organizational Management from Abilene Christian University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General during the same time period at the same institution.
