Joy Gilbert

Joy Gilbert specializes in managed care negotiations and contracting, with a strong background in budget development, financial forecasting, and operations planning. They have held significant roles in various healthcare organizations, including Vice President of Payor Contract Operations at Amedisys and Regional Vice President of Managed Care at IASIS Healthcare. Joy has also contributed to Medicare Advantage managed care organizations as both an Ancillary Network Manager and Contract Manager at Cigna-HealthSpring. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration at the University of Phoenix, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Methodist University.
