Bobby Smyth

Bobby Smyth is the Operating Partner at AMEND, a leading middle-market management consulting firm in the Midwest, where they focus on helping businesses grow their people and profits. Previously, they served as Director of Operations and Managing Partner at AMEND Consulting, as well as co-founding Envision Engineering, which facilitated workshops for high school students in Cincinnati. Bobby is actively involved in the Institute of Industrial Engineers and has chaired Ohio State's Integrated Systems Engineering External Advisory Board. They are also a graduate of the C-Change leadership program and a member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) Cincinnati.
