Katie Fields

Katie Fields has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In 2014, they were a Research Assistant at Miami University Psychology Department, where they ran lab sessions and analyzed intergroup processes and the psychological effects of power. In 2015, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at Middle Tennessee State University and as a Human Resources Intern at The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, where they were responsible for screening potential employees. From 2016-2017, they were a Human Resources Specialist at Smith Seckman Reid, Inc., where they led the development of new job descriptions, analyzed market data, and developed career ladders and professional development plans. Finally, since 2020, they have worked as a Business Intelligence Consultant at AMEND Consulting.

Katie Fields received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Music with a minor in Management and Leadership from Miami University in 2015. Katie then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) which they completed in 2017.
