Thomas Millea

Thomas Millea has worked in the consulting industry since 2016. Thomas began their career as an Analyst at AMEND Consulting, where they supported projects and engagements across multiple organizations within steel, real estate, construction, plastics, and manufacturing. Thomas worked cross-functionally with executives and managers to sustain long term process improvements and performed data analysis and developed models to assist in decision making across business functions. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Project Leader and then Project Leader at AMEND Consulting. In 2020, they moved to Stairtek Inc. as Head Of Operations.

Thomas Millea received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Ohio State University and a High School Diploma from St. Xavier High School.
