Xander Wells

Xander Wells is a creative problem-solver currently serving as a Senior Analyst at AMEND Consulting, where they focus on driving meaningful change through technology and business operations. Previously, Xander has built a nationally recognized peer-to-peer Suicide Prevention Curriculum and led a consulting project in Khayelitsha, South Africa. They have also held roles in financial services and accounting, including internships at Fidelity Investments, BDO Advisory, and Medpace, and served as Co-President of Comet Savings & Loan. With a robust academic background featuring dual degrees from the University of Cincinnati, Xander remains passionate about helping others and leaving things better than they found them.
