Robert Messinger has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Robert began their career in 1989 as a Banktjänsteman at Nordea and worked there until 1995. Robert then joined Okobanken as an Ekonomisk rådgivare until 1998. Following this, Robert worked at Skandiabanken in various roles such as Kredithandläggare, Ekonomisk rådgivare, Kontorschef, and Chef kreditavdelningen. Robert left Skandiabanken in 2011 and joined FEI Företagsekonomiska Institutet as a student for a year. In 2012, Robert worked as a Konsult at FairCoffee and also started their own consulting company, Messinger Consulting AB. Robert was the owner of the consulting company until 2013. From 2013 onwards, Robert has been associated with Amendo, where they have held several roles including Key Account Manager, Tf. Försäljningschef, Säljansvarig region Stockholm, and currently serves as the Head of sales and Customer Success.

Robert Messinger has a diverse educational background. In 1986, they attended S:t Jacobi Gymnasium and completed a three-year economic education program. Afterward, in 2001, they undertook a certified insurance broker program at Skandiabanken/IFU. In 2002, they participated in Swedsec's licensing program. In 2006, Robert enrolled at UC Business School for a certified credit training course that concluded in 2007. Continuing their education, they joined M-Gruppen in 2010 for a chef and leadership program. Simultaneously in 2010, they attended FEI Företagsekonomiska Institutet and earned a Diplomerad personalvetare degree in the field of Personnel Management/HR Director.
