Susanne Bagger

Susanne Bagger is a seasoned professional in recruitment and interim management, currently serving as a Partner at Lagotto Executive Search & Interim since November 2013, with a focus on senior positions in the banking, finance, accounting, and insurance sectors. As the CEO of Amendo since December 2001, Susanne has led one of Sweden's prominent companies specializing in recruitment and consulting, primarily within accounting, finance, and insurance. Susanne also holds the position of Koncern VD at Amendo Group AB, contributing to strategic leadership. Prior experience includes roles as Konsultchef at Poolia from 1998 to 2001 and Kundansvarig at SEB from 1995 to 1998. Susanne possesses a strong educational background from Umeå University.
