Blake E. is the Site Lead and International Operations Coordinator for Counter Threat Finance at Amentum, where they lead initiatives to combat international criminal activities. With over 15 years of experience across diverse regions including Africa and Europe, Blake has a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional coordination. They previously served in the United States Marine Corps as a Reconnaissance Scout Team Leader and as a Strategic Intelligence Analyst at New Century, among other roles. Blake holds a Master's degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Intelligence University and is currently pursuing a PhD in International Relations at the University of St Andrews, focusing on global financial networks and sanctions.
