Christopher Smith is an experienced strategist with over 25 years in national security leadership, specializing in strategic and operational planning, particularly in the fields of ballistic missile defense and security cooperation. Currently, as a Transformation Strategy Officer at Amentum, Christopher applies extensive expertise to develop and align strategies with organizational goals. Previously, Christopher served as a SkillBridge Fellow at Lockheed Martin and held various strategic planning roles within the US Army, notably leading initiatives for the United States Forces Afghanistan and the Joint Functional Component Command for Integrated Missile Defense. Christopher holds a BA in History from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master's degree in Political Science and Government from Western Illinois University.
