Dan Barton is currently a Waste Management Consultant at Amentum, having previously held the same position at Jacobs. They completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering at the University of Manchester, where they also undertook groundbreaking research in nuclear characterisation and decontamination. Dan earned a First Class degree in Chemical Engineering with Nuclear Technology from the University of Sheffield and gained teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant there. In addition, they have a strong background in chemistry and languages from their studies at Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College and have been involved in the cricket community as a First Team Scorer for Stockton Cricket Club from 2010 to 2018.
