David Ayers, Ph.D., CSP, CHMM, currently serves as the HSE Director at Amentum while also teaching as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus. They possess extensive experience in environmental health and safety, having held various managerial roles across several companies, including EHS Manager at Jacobs and VP of Health, Safety & Environmental at the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association. David's distinguished background includes serving as a Paratrooper in the US Army and a supervisor in the Army National Guard. They earned a degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a commendable GPA.
