David Stiles

David Stiles has over two decades of experience in information technology and management, including significant roles at AECOM Management Services from September 2004 to December 2018 as Information Technology Manager, where responsibilities included developing Project Management Software and managing Information Architecture for the RES contract. Prior to AECOM, David held the position of Director of Customer Support at Threewide from 2001 to 2005 and worked as a Programmer Analyst at EG&G Technical Services from 1991 to 2001. Recently, David served as Senior Manager, Planning Systems Manager, and Director of Enterprise Resource Systems at Amentum in March 2023. David holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Fairmont State University, completed between 1986 and 1991.
