Dawn Soublet has extensive experience in administrative support and management, having served in the United States Air Force from January 1984 to August 2002, primarily as an Administrative Assistant and Conference Coordinator, where responsibilities included scheduling global conferences and managing a web platform for training plans. Following military service, Dawn advanced to roles at Jacobs Technology Inc as an Executive Assistant and Facility Manager, providing high-level executive support and managing complex executive schedules, as well as overseeing asset management and ethical operations. Currently, Dawn is the Facility Operations Manager at both Jacobs and Amentum. Educational achievements include an Associate's Degree in Administrative Management from the Community College of the Air Force, a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from Webster University, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Hawaii Pacific University.
