Fernandez Evans is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in estimating and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Estimating Manager at Amentum since January 2022, Fernandez leads an estimating team and manages all activities related to project cost estimation, focusing on government budgets and competitive bidding. Previous roles include Chief Estimator at Four Tribes Enterprises, President/CEO of HotShot 2 StarPower LLC, and Senior Estimator at Morgan-Keller Construction, among others. With a solid background in overseeing estimating functions, training teams, and developing bidding strategies, Fernandez holds a 2-year degree in Electronic Engineer Technology from the National Education Center.
