Gary Sharp

Gary Sharp is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in military and civilian roles. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations at Amentum since September 2022, Sharp's prior experience includes roles such as Lead Business Execution Consultant at Wells Fargo and Home Base Iowa Program Manager at Iowa Workforce Development. Sharp's extensive military career in the United States Air Force spans over two decades, featuring senior executive positions including Command Chief for the Air Force Sustainment Center and Command Chief for the 332d Air Expeditionary Wing, directly influencing thousands of personnel and managing substantial operational budgets. Sharp holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Wayland Baptist University.
