George 'Trey' Smith, MBA, PMP, is an experienced business transformation consultant who specializes in enhancing productivity and streamlining processes while fostering robust workplace cultures. Currently serving as a Business Transformation Consultant at Emerge! Business Coaching, they focus on empowering organizations through effective leadership and clear communication. Previously, Trey held various roles, including Program Manager at the United States Air Force and Co-Owner of the Spay & Neuter Center of Southern Nevada.
