Helen Simms

Helen Simms is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology innovation and consulting, currently serving as Vice President at Amentum since June 2025. Previously, Helen held the Chief Operating Officer position at Xodus and was the Divisional Director for Energy Transition and Certification at Bureau Veritas Group, where significant growth strategies were implemented. Helen's prior roles include Consultancy and Engineering Director at Costain Group PLC, where a proactive approach to client engagement was established, and Director of Radioactive Waste Services at Augean, leading the company to become a top provider in low-level radioactive waste disposal.
