Jen Day

Jen Day is a Principal Human Factors Consultant at Amentum Energy & Environment International, where they provide human factors support for various nuclear projects. Jen earned a BSc in Ergonomics, an MSc in User-centred Product Design, and an MPhil in Design Ergonomics from Loughborough University, where they also worked as a Postgraduate Researcher. Previously, Jen gained experience as an Undergraduate Human Factors Engineer at MBDA, where they contributed to multiple projects, including anthropometric assessments and developing standard processes for the Human Factors team. Prior to their engineering career, Jen was a full-time badminton player at the National Badminton Centre, training and competing while pursuing educational goals.
