Jonathan Jones is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in HR management, strategic leadership, and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Amentum since March 2015, Jonathan has previously held roles at AECOM, including HR Generalist and HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, conducting labor negotiations, and ensuring legal compliance. Jonathan's career began at Fidelity Investments as a Human Resource Specialist. Jonathan holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from East Texas A&M University.
