Joseph Clark is a Senior Program Manager with over 32 years of experience in executive management, specializing in logistics, training, operations, and emergency response. Previously, Joseph worked at DynCorp International and Amentum, leading teams responsible for property accountability across multiple countries under the LOGCAP program. Joseph also served as a Project Manager at Fluor, where they played a key role in high-stakes proposals and logistics for military operations. An accomplished leader in the US Army and New York Army National Guard, Joseph managed large personnel groups and was recognized for exemplary logistics practices.
