Lance Pappas

Lance Pappas is currently the HLW Test Director at Amentum, where they lead complex test operations. They have previously held multiple leadership roles at URS Corporation, an AECOM Company, including Facility Shift Manager and Shift Operations Manager, overseeing the safe conduct of facility activities and operational management at the Umatilla Chemical Agent Disposal Facility. Throughout their career, Lance demonstrated expertise in facility compliance, operations, and management within both the DOE and DOD sectors.
