Lyle Milliman

Lyle Milliman, PE, PMP, is the Director of Operations for Environmental Services - North America at Amentum. They previously served as Deputy District Commander at the US Army Corps of Engineers and held roles as an Assistant Professor and Instructor in Civil Engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Lyle has also been a Vice President of Business Development at WSP in the U.S., focusing on Army and USACE Environmental initiatives. They hold multiple degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering/Industrial Management, including a Master of Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
