Mat Hardman is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in the defense and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Amentum since December 2023, Mat previously held the position of Senior Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager at Tri Star Engineering from November 2019 to September 2023. Prior to that, Mat worked at NAVSEA, Crane for over three decades, culminating in the role of Chief Engineer of the Maneuver and Engagement Division. Additional experience includes serving as Branch Manager and Supervisory Engineer at NSWC, Crane from October 2004 to December 2008. Mat Hardman holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, as well as a Certificate in Public Management from Indiana University Indianapolis.
