Matt Rolfe is currently a member of the consulting staff at Amentum, serving as the UH-60M T&E Manager. They previously held the position of Senior Avionics Engineer at Nova Systems from 2012 to 2025 and were the Avionics Engineering Lead at BAE Systems for a brief period in 2011-2012. Prior to this, Matt worked as an Avionics and Electrical Systems Engineer at Australian Aerospace from 2004 to 2011. They obtained a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Avionics from Queensland University of Technology between 2000 and 2003 and are currently pursuing a Private Pilot License in Helicopters.
