Matthew Fly

Matthew Fly is currently the Head of Procurement Proposal Strategy at Amentum, Inc. They have extensive experience in business development and supply chain, having served as a Business Development Manager at Interserve, where they developed opportunities within the Defence sector and secured a significant contract for the US Forces. Prior to this, Matthew held key strategic roles at the UK Ministry of Defence, including Chief of Staff and Director of the Demand Forecast Team, demonstrating expertise in operational planning and administration. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
