Michael Barger is an experienced network engineer and designer with a robust background in multicast and network engineering. Currently serving as the Lead Network Engineer at the Missile Defense Agency since February 2016, Michael also holds the position of Senior Network Design Engineer at Amentum. Prior to these roles, Michael was a Network Design Engineer III at Qualis Corporation, where responsibilities included configuring and testing IT networks for Missile Defense Agency remote sites. Michael's earlier experience includes over eight years at General Dynamics C4 Systems as a Senior Associate Engineer and Technical Instructor, alongside a tenure in the US Army as a Battalion S6. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business / Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Applied Sciences in Avionics Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
