Michael Hartley is a highly driven and self-motivated Commercial Lead/Senior Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the construction and oil & gas industries. They began their career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor/Projects Administrator at McNicholas Construction and have since held multiple roles at Rider Hunt International, including PSCM Specialist on various BP projects. They have also worked on significant projects such as the AGIP KCO Kashagan Project and the Tengiz Chevron Oil expansions. Currently, Michael serves as a Commercial Lead/Senior Quantity Surveyor at Amentum, following a tenure at Jacobs. Michael earned a Higher National Diploma in Building Studies from the University of West London.
