Mike Eiden

Mike Eiden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and business development, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at Amentum since January 2020. In this role, Mike oversees daily operations and performance across various departments while managing Profit & Loss for a significant portfolio supporting the United States Government. Prior to Amentum, Mike held various leadership positions at AECOM, including Director of Business Development, where responsibilities involved managing a pipeline of federal opportunities exceeding $400M, and Senior Project Manager in the Government Services Group. Mike’s background also includes roles at Westway Development, The Clean Machine, LLC, and General Motors, where notable achievements include receiving two National Sales Awards. Mike is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at The University of Arizona Global Campus, building on a BA in Political Science from The Citadel.
