Mike Hall

Mike Hall is a Counterterrorism Advisor for the DoJ's ICITAP, leveraging extensive law enforcement experience to enhance the criminal justice systems of foreign governments. Currently, they advise and collaborate with U.S. partners including the State Department and FBI on counterterrorism initiatives, while facilitating information-sharing among law enforcement units in the Western Balkans. Previously, Hall served as an ICITAP Mission Advisor to Ukraine, where they established the mission for police reform and supported border security capacity-building initiatives. They also held leadership roles in various law enforcement agencies and international organizations, emphasizing the importance of community safety and international cooperation in combating terrorism. Hall holds a Top Secret Clearance issued by the U.S. Department of State.
