Nikolas Harger

Nikolas Harger is a seasoned aerospace and defense executive, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Amentum, where they lead the integration of systems engineering and modernization for Space Force Range Contract initiatives. Previously, they held various leadership roles, including Senior Project Manager at Vencore Inc. and Operations & Integration Flow Manager at Jacobs, overseeing critical projects in support of NASA's Artemis programs. Nikolas is actively pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of North Florida and Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
