Patrick D.

Patrick D. is a Merchant Mariner Deck Officer and Project Management specialist with extensive experience in maritime operations and leadership. They served as the Telecom National Equipment Director at Amentum, overseeing multi-million dollar projects, and previously contributed to various roles in the U.S. Coast Guard and Navy. As a former Professor and Deck Officer at the State University of New York Maritime College, Patrick instructed over 1,500 cadets in advanced maritime subjects while also holding positions such as College Faculty President. Patrick holds a Master of Science in International Transportation Management and a Bachelor of Science in Logistics from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
