Patrick Holtz

Patrick Holtz is currently the Program Cybersecurity Manager at Amentum, where they lead teams focused on information security strategies and organizational change management. With a background in computer network defense, they previously held various leadership roles at General Dynamics Information Technology and Northrop Grumman Corporation, including IT Manager and Network Operations Security Center Manager. Holtz has extensive experience in cybersecurity, systems assessments, and developing compliance documentation in accordance with the Risk Management Framework. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from George Mason University and are pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems at The George Washington University.
