Ray Riley is a seasoned Programme Director with extensive experience in managing large-scale construction programmes within the nuclear sector. After serving as Chief Engineer at Ultra Electronics Communication & Integrated Systems from February 2007 to September 2011 and as Technical Manager at Thales Avionics from 2000 to 2007, Ray Riley joined Jacobs in September 2011, leading a team of approximately 200 personnel on a £1 billion infrastructure capability upgrade project supporting a boat build programme. Responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of Nuclear and Non-Nuclear facilities while navigating various contract mechanisms. In September 2024, Ray Riley transitioned to Amentum, continuing in the role of Programme Director.
