Roger Barrett

Roger Barrett is the Director of Operations at Amentum, bringing extensive experience in operations, project management, and programme leadership across the water, defence, and nuclear sectors. Previously, Roger served as Operations Director at Mouchel, where they oversaw 450 staff in a joint venture with Oldham Council, and also held roles as Programme Director and Business Unit Director within the same organization. Roger's background in civil engineering complements their operational expertise, which includes leading projects for significant clients in the regulated industries. They earned a degree in Business Leaders from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School in 2009.
