Roger Taylor

Roger Taylor has over 22 years of experience in the US Navy as a Naval Officer specializing in Nuclear Power, Surface, and Submarine Warfare, serving in various roles of increasing responsibility until February 2010. Following military service, Roger transitioned to the civilian sector, holding management positions such as Quality Systems Manager and Project Manager at Dell Technologies and Dell Services from February 2010 to June 2012. Roger continued to excel in program management roles, including Senior Program Manager at L3Harris Technologies from February 2018 to February 2024, and currently serves as Senior Program Manager at Amentum. Roger's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from New School University and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, along with specialized training from the US Naval Nuclear Power School.
