Russ Smith

Russ Smith, DBA, currently serves as Project Manager at Amentum, overseeing logistical and operational support for the South Sudan Political Peace Process. With extensive experience in project management across various organizations, Smith previously held roles such as Vice President for Central/South American Operations at Onésimus Defense and Academic Advisor/Adjunct Professor at Webster University. Smith also has a rich background in military education and training, including positions at AECOM, USIS, and L-3 MPRI. Educationally, Smith holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Northcentral University and a Master’s degree in International Relations from Webster University, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in English from Brigham Young University.
